Adrianne Wortzel creates interactive robotic and telerobotic performances in both physical and virtual networked environments, videos and webworks. Her work employs a complex meandering of fact to re-render historical and cultural perspectives. She is a professor of Entertainment Technology at New York City College of Technology, a faculty member of the Interactive Technology and Pedagogy Certificate Program at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, and an adjunct instructor of mechanical engineering at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
