Cynthia McVay

Strategy consultant, artist, screenwriter

Cynthia McVay has been a strategy and management consultant for twenty years, with McKinsey & Co. (1988-1995) in their Consumer Goods, Retail and Media practices, and independently (1998-today).  In between, Cynthia was VP of Strategic Planning for an $8 billion retailer, Venator Group.  She also served as  Senior Program Officer, for Latin America, for the World Wildlife Fund-U.S. (1983-1985).

Cynthia is an artist and writer, currently producing her third script. With a passion for the natural world and concern over sustainability, Cynthia continues to pursue “green” issues in her own life and professionally.

Bryce Wolkowitz

Director, Bryce Wolkowitz Gallery

Bryce Wolkowitz has worked in all facets of the art world. He acquired gallery experience working with highly respected dealers such as James Danziger and Edwyn Houk. Bryce gained institutional experience working with John Hanhardt, Senior Curator at the Guggenheim Museum in New York. He was also responsible for reconstructing the Robert Capa archive alongside Chief Curator, Miles Barthe, at the International Center of Photography. Bryce has worked as a Specialist in the Photographs department at Christie’s Auction House for four years. Over the last twenty years he has supervised the curatorial direction and management of his family’s extensive photography collection, which is widely recognized as one of the finest collections in the United States.  Bryce is the Owner and Director of the Bryce Wolkowitz Gallery in New York.

Megan Sheekey

President, Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City

Megan Sheekey is President of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City, which creates partnerships between the City and the private sector to strengthen innovative public programs in areas including the arts, youth development, health and the environment. Prior to the Fund, Megan served as Director of Communications and Policy for the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation and Deputy Press Secretary to Mayor Bloomberg. In 2005, she managed the communications for Christo and Jeanne-Claude’s “The Gates” in Central Park. Megan has also directed communications and advocacy efforts for New York-based nonprofits including Doctors of the World and the Center for Urban Community Services. She is married to composer and sound designer Shelby Gaines.

Christiane Paul is the Director of the Media Studies Graduate Programs and Associate Professor of Media Studies at The New School, NY, and Adjunct Curator of New Media Arts at the Whitney Museum of American Art. She has written extensively on new media arts and lectured internationally on art and technology. An expanded new edition of her book Digital Art (Thames & Hudson, UK, 2003), as well as her edited anthology New Media in the White Cube and Beyond - Curatorial Models for Digital Art (UC Press) were published in 2008. At the Whitney Museum, she is responsible for artport, the museum's online portal to Internet art and curated the shows Profiling (2007), Data Dynamics” (2001), and the net art selection for the 2002 Whitney Biennial.

Datagram provides scalable, secure and reliable Internet solutions to many high profile companies. Datagram has been a leader in a very competitive industry, providing custom solutions for specific customer needs. Datagram has developed proprietary technology in data archive/storage, multi-media delivery, on-line gaming, disaster recovery and financial services. Alex Reppen has over 20 years hands-on experience in the fields of telecommunications, hardware design and software development. In his free time he teaches Cisco network certification classes.
