Transmediale Award Nominees

Eyebeam artists and collaborators are very well-represented on the nominee list for the Transmediale award 2011, big congrats to all! Eyebeam alumni Evan Roth (Graffiti Analysis / Graffiti Markup Language) and Scott Kildall (Wikipedia Art) both have projects nominated. Also, we're thrilled to see that a project developed during our first joint Eyebeam + V2_ residency with Mark Shepard is included: the Serendipitor, a super-cool iPhone app that "helps you find something by looking for something else." Eyebeam collaborators, FLOSSmanuals' Booki, a free service for the creation of books has also been nominated for the inaugural Open Web Award.
